Everything studios ask before getting started

Will this cannibalise my full-price bookings?
No. Discounted spots are only released in a last-minute window you control (e.g. 2 hours before class). Your regulars book days in advance and pay full price. REACTIVE only kicks in when a spot would otherwise stay empty.
Won't I just attract bargain hunters who never come back?
REACTIVE is built to introduce new customers to your studio. Many users discover a venue through us and then convert to full-price bookings or memberships. You can also limit how often the same user books a discounted spot at your venue.
Does this integrate with MindBody, Glofox, TeamUp or my existing system?
REACTIVE works alongside your existing booking system, not in place of it. You list 3-5 last-minute spots a week directly from the REACTIVE dashboard (takes 60 seconds from your phone). Your main schedule stays in MindBody/Glofox/TeamUp where it belongs. Direct integrations with major booking systems are on the roadmap and we're already in conversations with partners. Early venues will be first in line when they ship.
How much does it actually cost me?
Zero upfront. Zero monthly fees. We only earn when you do. Standard commission is 20%, but the first 50 venues lock in a 10% rate for life. You keep 80-90% of every booking.
What if no one books my spots?
Then you pay nothing. Empty spots stay empty, exactly like they would have anyway. The only thing you've invested is 60 seconds to list them.
Who sets the price and discount?
You do. Set any discount from 20% to 80% off your usual rate. Adjust it any time. We never set prices for you.
Can I limit how many spots get released per class?
Yes. Cap it at 2, 5, 20, whatever protects your full-price inventory. You're always in control of how much capacity is released to REACTIVE.
How do I get paid?
Direct via Stripe. Payouts are automatic, no invoicing or chasing. You'll see bookings and earnings in real-time on your dashboard.
What if I need to cancel a class after someone's booked?
You can cancel anytime through the dashboard. Customers are refunded automatically through Stripe. No admin from your side.
Will REACTIVE work for my type of venue?
REACTIVE works for any fitness venue with classes or session-based bookings. Yoga studios, spin clubs, boxing gyms, swimming, climbing, padel, dance, HIIT. If you sometimes have empty spots, REACTIVE will help fill them.
